(Eikichi) Onizuka is very angry, because his Mercedes Benz is ruined in the side after avoiding the old man. He started to grab the old man collar, asking him if he wanted to die, for making his Benz ruined. But suddenly, the old man explained that he doesn't have any other choice but to die. He continued, adding that he has a factory, but because of the economic recession, he had to close it as all his customers has gone to other countries that can offer lower price.

He added, that he is a teacher before he takes over the factory. Once in a time, he become a guarantor to one of his student, a base ball player who also joined a triad gang. But, one time, the student had eloped, and he had to pay his student' loans. Then the student has called him that he will pay him back in 3 days, but after 3 days, the student still don't appear because of some problems, and the old man thinks to himself that the student will come and pay in 2 or 3 days, but his factory won't be able to wait that long. Onizuka is silent, and suddenly he replied that the old man student would come back and pay. He than gave the key to the Benz to the old man, and tell him to use it. The old man try to decline, but Onizuka replied that if a teacher doesn't believe a student, then Armageddon must have come. The old man thanked him, as (Miyabi) Aizawa and her friend’s smiles from their hideout.

In the next scene, (Urumi) Kanzaki can't believe her ears when she hears that Onizuka simply give his Benz to an unidentified man. Onizuka replied that the man looked innocent, and that the man had promised that he would pay after 3 days. Kanzaki replied that Onizuka is crazy, and started to lash at him for being cheated easily by such a simple trick. Onizuka commented that Kanzaki don't have to worry, as the man will pay the money plus interest to him in 3 days. Kanzaki is giving up, as (Kunio) Murai remarked that he would kill himself if the old man does pay the money back. Onizuka ignored him, saying that he wanted to go to work.

Suddenly, (Noboru) Yoshikawa wondered if Onizuka is really cheated by the old man, because it is only recently that Onizuka win the special prize. Kanzaki is shocked. He commented that if it's true that triads are the on who cheated him, they must have known that Onizuka have win the prize, which is impossible. Hearing what Yoshikawa had said, Kanzaki started to suspect something, puzzling (Yoshito) Kikuchi. Meanwhile, in a toilet, Aizawa and her gang are applying make-up, while talking that Onizuka will be surely fired. (Saeko) Iijima asked Aizawa if the old man is really a teacher, and she replied that he wasn't, and that she had told him to lie to Onizuka that he was a teacher, so Onizuka will be trapped. Kanzaki can only sits angrily after hearing Aizawa' conversations with her eavesdropping device. She vowed that she would make Aizawa pay for her sins.

In the next scene, Aizawa and her friends are taking some picture stickers, using the money they had stolen from (Kouji) Fujiyoushi earlier. Suddenly, Aizawa phone rang, and it is Yuka on the line. Aizawa thanked Yuka for setting up the high-school bar to trap Onizuka. Suddenly, a nervous Yuka tell Aizawa to hold a party to celebrate the defeat of Onizuka. She added that she has booked a suite in a hotel, and asked them to come. Aizawa agreed, and Yuka tell her to come to Shinjuku Hotel at 7 pm. Aizawa replied that they will come, and Yuka asked them to wear sailor-uniform, and Aizawa agreed. The conversation is finished, as Yuka looked at the phone nervously.

She then passed the phone over to Kanzaki, asking if she is satisfied. Kanzaki replied that she is, and Yuka asked her if she would not reveal the secret that she has a role in the money scandal. Kanzaki replied that she would return to Yuka the picture, which mosaic has been removed, and Yuka must return the money too. Then Kanzaki started to make a phone call to receive her voice message, and Kikuchi asked her about her plans. Kanzaki replied, that she wants Aizawa to get back the 8 million yen for the Year 3 student expenses to Okinawa.

She then called the number she gets from the voicemail, and started to make an arrangement at Shinjuku Hotel with the person she called. She then tell the person she called, that she had made it just like the person want; 3 secondary school students who are still virgins, with sailor-uniforms. She continued, saying that there's no problem about the number of participants or even if that they wanted to play abnormal (sadomasochistic or SM) games, because the girls have financial problems, and they will do anything. She added that the price is 8 million yen, and the person had to pay 4 million in advance, and another 4 million after the game is over. The person agreed, and Kanzaki terminates the phone call.

Kikuchi asked her what she mean by saying that Kanzaki want Aizawa to pay the 8 million for the Okinawa trip, and Kanzaki replied that she already sold Aizawa and her friends to a group of guys with abnormal sexual tendencies, which consists of doctors, parliament members and lawyers. Kikuchi, Murai and Yuka are shocked when they hear Kanzaki declarations...
