Two female students wearing sailor uniforms are talking with each other, while standing inside a moving train. Meanwhile, (Tadashi) Sakurai is sitting on a chair near them, wearing some sort of goggles.

He started cursing as he remembered a lunch session with one of the co-workers, and the co-worker tells him about the weaker overall results of the Year 3 students at the earlier Togaku test (where Eikichi Onizuka scored full points). And that things happened just right before the administration principal (one of the 3 principals I guess – Uchiyamada is a disciplinary principal) will retire. The co-worker knows that the weak results are not caused by Sakurai’ inability, but it happened because of Onizuka’s employment, who brings negative influences to the school.

Sakurai is silent, as the co-worker continued, saying that the board of directors will not see why the result falls down, but they will only see the result itself and make decisions based on it. He added that Sakurai is so unlucky, because there’s a lot of problems caused by the Year 3 students in the first semester alone. Some teachers also helped themselves to some troubles too, or so the co-worker said. The co-worker ordered more beer, as he exclaimed that when he is appointed at the Year 3 student administrator last year (Sakurai takes that position at the present), the exam results are so good, it even breaks some records, and complimented himself that he is so lucky.

They started to drink, as the co-worker wished Sakurai luck in his job, because the future of the school lies in his hands, and also his surname is the same as the director (which is Ryoko Sakurai of course). Suddenly, he says that he hear a rumor that he (the co-worker) are in the list to replace the retiring administrative principal. Sakurai is seething with fury when he hears it, as the co-worker added that it’s only a rumor, and it is not possible that he the co-worker will become a principal, because Sakurai is older than him by 3 years. He started to blame the rumormongers for spreading news like that....

Snapping to reality, Sakurai inadvertently punched his bag that was on his lap, shocking the passengers beside him. He cursed the co-worker for obviously trying to get the administrative principal position. The next panel shows his shoe that was rigged with something, and actually the goggle Sakurai wears is a mini-screen that shows the panties of the female students wearing the sailor uniform, with a camera installed on his shoe.

He commented that only by watching schoolgirls panties, he will be able to release the tension building inside him. He then commented that the student’s panties are quite dirty, with some yellow spots on it. He wondered if the spots are curry stains, and exclaimed that the girl look nice, but her behavior sucks. He thinks that the newer generations of the school girls are not as good as the older ones, adding that the women activist should looked at themselves first before complaining that women are facing difficulties in securing jobs etc.

Suddenly, the 2 schoolgirls with sailor uniforms moved quite far away from Sakurai, and he started to stretch his leg with the camera toward them. After presumably getting a clear view, he started to curse Onizuka again, thinking that Onizuka is the worst teacher he have ever seen, and Sakurai called Onizuka as ‘Son of a bitch’. He continued to curse the whole 4th class as well. He then blamed the weaker results to the sharp decline in the social studies subject Onizuka teaches to the Year 3 students. Also, no good things had happened since Onizuka is employed, not only the social studies subject overall had dropped, but the students also started to become enemies with the teachers as well.

He tries to speculate on why the director must hire someone like Onizuka as a teacher, suspecting on a rumor that his appointment are linked to some sort of a secret project. Then he thinks if Onizuka is still at the school, his route to the administrative principal position is under threat. It puts him under pressure that he is not certain to get the position, and he have to use the spying device everyday to relieve his tension.

He wondered what have happened to the 4th class that used to bully teachers, but now the class is very much obedient now. He started to consider of making an alliance with the rogue elements in the 4th class to oust Onizuka. In another part of the same train, (Hiroshi) Uchiyamada is strutting his usual stuff, doing it to a woman in front of him. But both of them are having the very same thought, that is, to oust Onizuka from the school so the school will be better like before.

The train stopped, and both of them get out separately. Only at the station, that they met each other. Sakurai greeted him, asking if he also take the same train as him. Uchiyamada nodded, saying that driving his own car under the summer sun is not comfortable, so he took the train. He then asked Sakurai for a drink, and Sakurai agreed.

Switching to another place, (Miyabi) Aizawa is having breakfast with her parents. Her mother asked her about her school. Aizawa started to lie, saying that her school life is fun. Her mother then asked about her new homeroom teacher, someone called Onizuka, as she apologized for not going to the school lately. Aizawa smiles, and replied that Onizuka IS A VERY GOOD TEACHER. She started to explain that the other students also liked him, and that Onizuka will even sacrifice his holidays to help his students with their academic problems. Her mother is amazed, saying that such teachers are hard to find nowadays. Aizawa then excused herself to go to the school, and her mom asked her to be careful.

Outside the gate of her house, Aizawa stopped smiling, and exclaimed for her parents to just drop dead. She wondered on why they even want to ask about her school, and started to praise her parent’s excellent performance, that they still being able to act as parents even that they don’t have feelings with each other anymore. (Chikako) Shirai approached her, and seeing Aizawa’s sour face, she asked Aizawa on what have happened. Aizawa replied that there’s nothing to worry about.

Suddenly, they hears someone screaming asking for everyone to give way. Aizawa turned her head to see Onizuka riding a bicycle with a 10000 yen note dangling in front of his face, as (Urumi) Kanzaki is standing on the backseat, screaming in delight. They passed Aizawa and Shirai as Onizuka tried to get the money with his teeth, but failed. Kanzaki asked Onizuka to cycle faster so he will be able to get the money before they arrived at the school. She added that she had calculated that if Onizuka reached the speed of 60kph, he would get it. Onizuka protested, saying that 60kph in such a tight road is impossible, and accused her of trying to use the trick to make him taking her to school everyday.

The rest of the students are shocked to see Onizuka riding the bicycle with such speed too as Aizawa looked at them from the ground. Apparently she fells when Onizuka and Kanzaki passed them with such speed earlier. She is very angry as Shirai lashed at both of them for riding like a demon, and that they could end up killing someone.

At the school, Onizuka and the others are rolling on the floor laughing when they learned about (Kunio) Murai misunderstanding with (Fuyumi) Kujirakawa, which resulted to a date that gone all wrong. Murai is very embarrassed, and Onizuka started to pat his back, asking if Murai is thinking that the writer is (Aoi) Fukada, when the writer is actually (Fukada) Kumiko, and tells Kujirakawa that he likes the writer (which is Fukada Kumiko) too. Kanzaki, (Yoshito) Kikuchi, (Kouji) Fujiyoushi, (Taadaki) Kusano, (Tomoko) Nomura and (Noboru) Yoshikawa are laughing too.

Nomura congratulated Murai because he now has a girlfriend, with Kikuchi agreeing with her. Murai denies her allegation, and asked her to stop, but Nomura doesn’t want to. Meanwhile Onizuka is drawing a love umbrella on the blackboard, with Murai and Kumiko’s first name on it. Murai becomes angry when he sees the love umbrella and threatened to hit Onizuka if he continued to draw it.

Suddenly, Kujirakawa stormed into the class, and she screamed for Murai. She asked Murai on what have happened, and also why he runs and left Kumiko alone. Murai is shocked, but before he can explain, she asked him again on why he have done that after he said earlier that he liked her too. Meanwhile, Kumiko is standing outside the class, near the door. Kujirakawa added that Kumiko has phoned her and she is crying all night.

Kanzaki is laughing as she watched the drama, and commented that Murai is blushing. She added, that after breaking Kumiko’s heart, he now have to deal with Kujirakawa, and announced that she wanted to take part too. Fujiyoushi commented that Murai is surely very handsome, and Kanzaki asked him if that really the case. Others started to laugh, and a panicking Murai lashed at them for laughing at him.

Kujirakawa asked him if he have thought of her situation as a messenger, and reminded Murai that he HAD TOLD HER that he likes Kumiko. Murai tried to deny her allegation. Suddenly, Fujiyoushi exclaimed that a quarrel or two between lovers are normal, as Onizuka started to draw another love umbrella, now with Murai name and Kujirakawa. Murai lashed at Fujiyoushi, saying that she is only holding his collar, and he warned Onizuka to stop drawing the umbrella. Eventually, the drama continues, as Kujirakawa pointed her finger to Kumiko while holding Murai on his collar, and Onizuka is holding a real love umbrella between them. Kanzaki and Kikuchi are laughing, as Aizawa, Shirai and (Saeko) Iijima looked at them in disgust.

In the next scene, Kanzaki is walking on a hallway and she entered the toilet. She looked around to see that Aizawa, Shirai and Iijima are waiting. Aizawa sneers, exclaimed that Kanzaki now have a lot of friends, and congratulates her for coming to school everyday. Kanzaki smiles and asked if Aizawa is jealous of her, adding that Aizawa can become friends with her too if Aizawa wants. Aizawa punched a cubicle’s door, and tells her on why she must become friends with Onizuka, accusing her of being a traitor.

Aizawa asked Kanzaki if she remembers that ‘person’. Kanzaki is puzzled, and asked Aizawa on what she is saying. Aizawa explained that in the last year class, they have another ‘fellow friend’, and asked Kanzaki if she had forgotten that ‘person’. Kanzaki sinisterly apologizes, saying that she knows little about that incident because at that time she always skipped school, and that she had already forgot the ‘person’ name. Aizawa becomes angry, asking how she could react coldly about that incident...

Kanzaki lashed back at her, saying that Aizawa is only a nuisance. She added that if Aizawa really wants Onizuka to be fired, she should do it herself. She asked again, on why Aizawa must get help for everything she wants to do, and wondered whether Aizawa is capable of doing anything by herself. She then exclaimed that it must be true, because after all, Aizawa is just a mommy’s girl. Aizawa is seething with anger, as Kanzaki entered a cubicle while warning her if she caused her any pain, she will make Aizawa pay for it. She then jokingly says that she is very angry now, so much she wanted to piss....

Outside the toilet, on the hallway, Aizawa kicked a trashcan, cursing at the arrogance of Kanzaki, who are calling her as a mommy’s girl. She swears that she will make Onizuka to be fired with any means, even that if she has to put her life on the line. Iijima asked on what they can do, as Kikuchi had also went into Onizuka’s camp, thus making the actions that they can take to oust Onizuka is limited. Suddenly, Aizawa remembers something, and started to laugh, shocking Iijima and Shirai. Aizawa commented that there is someone in the teacher’s room that will follow their every command, because she have something detrimental about the teacher.

Back to the train, Sakurai is at it again, and he cursed Uchiyamada for asking him for a drink but yet he have to pay. He then have a target, but unfortunately his view is blocked by a metal briefcase that was carried by a man standing near the victim. He cursed the man silently, for having his briefcase blocking her panties, saying that the briefcase contains nothing at all. He tried to position his shoe for a better angle, when suddenly the man moved away from him, much to his delight.

Suddenly, he finds out that another ‘victim’ has standing in front of him now, and he wonders where she can possibly come from, because he didn’t recognize the uniform she is wearing. Then, he started to praise the new victim’s legs, saying that they are so beautiful. Suddenly the new victim turns around, and now her back is facing him, and she put her bag in a way that partially blocked the view of her panties. He started to protest silently, saying that he wants to have a full view of that nice clean white pantie.

Then as if God is hearing his wish, the victim moved her bag away and he almost screamed with delight, to be able to see one of the nicest panties he have ever seen, so white just like the peaks of Alps mountains in winter. He is too engrossed with his activity he didn’t realize that 2 people are taking their seats on his both sides. Suddenly, both of them started to hold his arms, shocking him. He tried to protest at their actions, as the victim turned to face him again, puzzling him.

Now, he can see with his mini-screen on his goggle that the victim is taking the picture of his camera installed on his shoe, as the victim commented that the micro-camera technology nowadays is so sophiscated, enabling him to peek from his shoes and also nearly prevented her from gathering the ‘evidence’. One of the people removed his goggle, and he see that the 'victim' is Aizawa, with Iijima and Shirai holding his arms. He started to become terrified, as Aizawa and the others smiled at him........
