(Eikichi) Onizuka and two of his friends are eating in a restaurant. Meanwhile his friends are talking about their careers (one is a salesman and another is working on fashion industry), they commented how hard to find jobs nowadays. Then one of them asked Onizuka what his job now. With a puff, Onizuka answered that he work as a teacher. Both of his friends are shocked. They both exclaimed how a gang leader of Eurasian University could select teaching as a career. Onizuka sneers and then pointed out apart of a guaranteed employment, he can also work in a 'heaven' full with young cute chicks. His friends are now silent. Onizuka the continued to mock both of them, saying that they will be finished, and may have to become a gigolo, serving old women. By now, both of his friends regrets of forgetting teaching as a plausible career, as Onizuka is leaving and teasing them at the same time.

In the next scene, Onizuka is at a video-rental agency, looking for some grade A videos. He commented about his successful probation period, and thinking of paying some blokes (that looked like him) to make his thesis for graduation, and he'll become a fully qualified teacher. Suddenly he sees a (grade A) video about a teacher's life, and he promptly rent it. On the way home, he think that he just have to wait for the letter of employment from the Musashino High School headmaster, and how he can't wait to get started, but now he can only wait, and for that he will enjoy himself all he can first before starting his work.

He entered his house just to be greeted by a puzzled (Ryuji) Danma, who asked him if Onizuka will take the 'qualifying test' today. Onizuka is shocked, and asked him what 'test' does he mean. Danma reiterated that before Onizuka can become a teacher, he must the 'test' first. Onizuka started to ridicule him, that he had already passed the test with flying colors, and the test he is saying is the 2-week probation at the Musashino High School. And as he was the best trainee, he will get a special treatment too. Danma then wondered about the TV special report he had seen earlier in the day. Onizuka turned on the TV, and see a female reporter, covering for the annual teacher-qualifying test. She reported that a lot of candidates have come for the test that will start in a few minutes. She then interviewed a candidate before they returned to the station. And at the station, another 2 TV presenter commented that would-be-teachers nowadays have a lot of work to do; have to attend probation first AND then passed the teacher qualifying test BEFORE he or she could become a fully-qualified teacher in government schools. Danma then say that he is right as Onizuka can only stared at the TV in disbelief.......

In the next scene, Onizuka along with his stand-in are riding his motorcycle at full speed, toward the examination center, blatantly breaking the speed rules of 40km/h (he drive at 150 km/h). In just a few moments, he's now followed by police patrol cars, while Onizuka is shouting at them for being a nuisance, and also that he is in an emergency. He then arrived at the center, just to be told by a sweeper that the qualifying test had finished a long time ago. Onizuka is startled as a lot of policemen jumped on him...

In the bar, the bartender asked the drunk Onizuka that the establishment is closing, while Onizuka is contemplating about his dashed dreams. As he then sit down in a backland, considering suicide, and his stupidity, he hears his name called. He turned and in his blurred vision, he sees Danma standing. Danma then take him home, and in the way, tell him to just forget his teacher's dream. Danma reiterated that Onizuka is not cut out to become a teacher, as teachers will encounter a lot of student problems, and sooner or later, Onizuka will regret to become one someday. Danma the suggested some alternatives for him, like becoming a used luxury cars dealer, or doing e-commerce. Danma added that if they work together, they will succeed just like the old times.

Onizuka is silent, but rejected Danma offer. Danma is a little angry, and asked him what's so good about being a teacher, and guessed if it because of a lot of cute chicks and because he can marry a 16 years old female student when Onizuka is 60. Onizuka tell Danma that he is right. Danma is now pissed off, saying that that reason is idiotic. But Onizuka countered, that even if Danma' guess is correct, it wasn't the only reason why he wanted to be a teacher. Onizuka then reminisced, that during the probation, only that he realized that he is just the same like the students he taught. Danma is startled, and then smiled. Suddenly Onizuka vomits, because of heavy drinking. Danma then pulled out some papers that contained the list of private schools. Danma tell him that he get it from the university, and some of the private schools don't need the qualifying test results to be considered as a teacher, so then Onizuka could try to become a private school teacher temporarily as he waited for the next year qualifying test. Danma then hoped for Onizuka to become the best teacher in Japan, just as Onizuka vomited on him....,.
