(Ryoko) Sakurai entered the school compound, and the headmaster greets her. She asked him what had happened at her absence, and he explained about the food issue, the Musashino police recommendation, and also the (Eikichi) Onizuka issue. He added that she couldn’t do anything about it, as it is under (Chizu) Oota orders. She replied that she had nothing to worry about that. The headmaster started to think that she started to dislike Onizuka, when suddenly she interjected, saying that Onizuka will surely turned the tables, and become number one. At the class, with 25 minute remaining, everyone in the 4th class is silently answering the test, under (Azusa) Fuyutsuki supervision. She looked at Onizuka, who are also writing, and smiles. Onizuka' pencil is broken, as he is fighting the pain....

At the infirmary, (Hiroshi) Uchiyamada' head is being cleaned by a reluctant (Naoko) Moritaka. She complained about the stains being hard to be removed, even after she scrubbed it hard, and she commented that his head is shiny. She then asked him what he have done to deserve the curse, such as dumping cats, or leaving grand-ma's at the forest, as Uchiyamada told her to stop talking about such things. Suddenly he remembered about Onizuka touching his hand on his head at the class earlier, and started to accuse Onizuka of doing it. Moritaka retorted, saying that the handprint was made of blood, and wondering how can Onizuka be bleeding. Uchiyamada countered that Onizuka is using chicken blood, to make sure that Uchiyamada is cursed.

Suddenly, (Hidemi) Oota wakes up, and the first question she asked is about Onizuka whereabouts. Moritaka replied that Onizuka is taking the test, and Uchiyamada asked her to rest again. She brushed him aside and told Moritaka to take Onizuka to the hospital, puzzling Moritaka. Hidemi explained that Onizuka had been shot 3 times, much to the shock of both Moritaka and Uchiyamada.

Meanwhile at the class, Fuyutsuki declared that the test is over, and the answers sheets are being taken. (Yoshito) Kikuchi collected Onizuka' sheets, as he is slumping on the table. He then secretly changed Onizuka 'copy of answer sheets, and give it to Fuyutsuki. Fuyutsuki take a look into Onizuka' answers, and exclaimed that Onizuka had really managed to answer all 5 papers in an hour, as Kikuchi smiles knowingly at (Noboru) Yoshikawa. She started to rib Onizuka, saying that his hard work had never go down in vain, and asked him to wake up. Then she felt something, just to see that her hand is on blood, and the floor is wet with it too. She started to scream, shocking everyone in the class, just as Moritaka and Uchiyamada goes inside the class to see if Hidemi' words are true. Both of them started to panic too, screaming that Onizuka was really shot, as the ambulance is being called.

The news of Onizuka being shot spreads like wildfire, as the students started to talk about it has some connections with the yakuza. Another one exclaimed that he lose a lot of blood. (Suguru) Teshigawara smiles as he hears the news, silently thinks about banishing Onizuka from the school and tarnishing his name nationwide.

At the hospital, Onizuka is on a surgery, as Fuyutsuki is waiting outside. She started to remember the days Onizuka lives at her home, studying very hard and boasting about it. She also remembered how Onizuka exclaimed that he has promised to his students that he will show the power of a teacher, and how he vowed to get first place, and studying hard for it. Fuyutsuki started to cry, as suddenly Sakurai come over to her.

Sakurai asked her to return home, and that she herself will wait for him. She assured Fuyutsuki that Onizuka would be OK, because he is a hero, the king of Kichiyouji Private School. Fuyutsuki is crying, and started to hug Sakurai. Sakurai asked her to be more spirited, as she added that the crisis for both of the school and Onizuka will begin.

Back to the school, the headmaster and the 3 principals, are discussing about Onizuka' new development, and how to solve it. The headmaster is angry, saying that Onizuka had brought another trouble to the school, and that they must hide the evidence that he is Kichiyouji' Private School teacher. Uchiyamada suggested that they must tell the students that Onizuka' wound is caused by other things, as one of the principals seems to protest about it. Uchiyamada replied that the school name must be protected, and if the media knows the event, Kichiyouji is finished.

Suddenly, one of the teachers is panicking, saying that the parents had called to ask about Onizuka. They are shocked. Meanwhile, outside, a TV journalist is interviewing a student, also asking about Onizuka, as the headmaster and the principals can only stare at them in panic. They started to question on who has spread the information to the parents and the media. The headmaster started to have a heart attack. In the fax room, Teshigawara is busy faxing about the rumors to the media, saying if even Onizuka managed to recover, he will still face the wrath of the society. And Onizuka is on life-support.....
