(Eikichi) Onizuka is being orally tested by (Azusa) Fuyutsuki, and most of his answers are wrong. She started to get nervous when she saw Onizuka, and stopped the session, saying after 10 hours grilling him, he can eat some food. She then served the food whic is dim sum with eyes in it, as she exclaimed that with was rich with DHA, and Onizuka only stares at it. Suddenly, Onizuka snapped and started screaming, shocking Fuyutsuki. He started to exclaim that he couldn’t stand it anymore, as Fuyutsuki asked him whether he likes another fish-based food. He replied that he will never get first pace, and Fuyutsuki told her to be calm, and tried to heard some music...

At the school in night, 3 mysterious men were seen entering the school. It were actually (Kunio) Murai, (Kouji) Fuyutsuki and (Taadaki) Kusano wearing masks, and they were planning to steal the test questions that were couriered earlier in the day, and being kept inside a safe. Fujiyoushi asked him if he knows the combination number, and Murai replied he knows as the principals had problems to see. He commented if they could get the answers, they could easily make Onizuka number one, and maybe they could have better mark too.

They started to open the safe, but just after they managed to open it, they were ambushed by (Miyabi) Aizawa. She asked them how stupid they are, for not knowing that she was here, and tried to guess if they were the Murai's gang. (Saeko) Iijima and the school guards started to troop in. As the guards dragged them out, suddenly the room's light were turned off. Aizawa started to wonder what have happened, and she told the guards to open back the light, just to see that all were left was their masks, on the guards' hands. Aizawa started to lash at them for letting them escaping, and told them that she will report the incident to the guard' chief.

Somewhere outside the school, (Yoshito) Kikuchi lashed at them for being so stupid, and if he and (Noboru) Yoshikawa don’t follow them, they were goners right now. Murai countered that if they don't do anything, Onizuka would be fired. Then Kikuchi told them that he already had a plan, and at his house, he showed a wig that looked like just Onizuka' hair, complete with radio transmitters. A puzzled Murai asked him if he wanted him to pose as Onizuka to take the test, as Kusano interjected that Murai could not even be number 1. Murai looked inside the wig, and he saw earphones, and asked Kikuchi what are their functions.

Kikuchi then explained that it was a 2-way hands-free communication device. He explained that Onizuka will wear it at the tests, and Kikuchi will told him the answers at the time, adding if he studied, he could become number 1 himself, and he only have to answer some questions wrong himself, so then Onizuka could become number 1. Murai then asked if Kikuchi could really become number 1. Kikuchi then replied that he now is practicing university tests, and in the last national test for entry to university, he was on the top 10. So then he only have to study for 2 nights and he will have full marks for the Togaku test. Murai and Co. started to praise him for his genius, and Murai wanted him to make a wig for him too, as Kikuchi lashed at him.

In the school toilet, Onizuka was studying English while smoking, commenting that he will never make it. Suddenly someone knocks on his toilet door. Onizuka replied that the stool was occupied, but Murai identified himself, and told him that they have something for him. They then dragged him out. At the penthouse, Onizuka tried the wig, as Murai commented that the wig fits perfectly. Onizuka, puzzled, asked him what the wig was for, as he doesn't have hair problems. Murai explained the plan to him, demonstrating the wig capabilities.

Onizuka was quiet, but suddenly he removed the wig and throws it to Murai. Murai asked why he does that, and Onizuka replied that he understands their intentions, but he doesn’t need their help. Murai asked again why, as he could easily become number 1. Onizuka explained that he don't need their help, and won't let them to risk being caught, declaring that he was a real teacher. Murai, Kusano and Fujiyoushi were stunned, and Kikuchi was smiling. Onizuka added that he will change his habits and to struggle more so he can get number 1 so that they won't underestimate them anymore. In the next scene, Fuyutsuki asked him, showing the low marks, asking him if he really doing anything.
