(Suguru) Teshigawara surrendered himself to the authorities, and was fired by the school, as life turned peaceful again.
In a police station, an award ceremony is hold to give the award to the "heroes" that managed to arrest the criminal in such a short time. The presenter asked for both the "heroes" to come to the stage to receive award, just to be reminded that (Eikichi) Onizuka is still warded at the hospital. Hearing that, the presenter addressed his mistake by saying that Onizuka will be represented by his friend to take the award.

Meanwhile, both the recipients, (Toshiyuki) Saejima and (Ryuji) Danma who represented Onizuka are staring at each other angrily. Danma provided the first shot, by saying that he never knows that Saejima will also receive the award, and wondered whether the authorities should issued a warrant of arrest for him instead. He then exclaimed that Onizuka had told him that Saejima had went to a shooting spree with a stolen gun at the school earlier.

Hearing him, Saejima shot back, saying that Danma himself always cheats high-school female students and also have a hand on selling stolen cars, so "Danma the Immoral Shop Owner" doesn't have any right at all to criticize him. Danma becomes angry when he heard that name, saying that he is a law-abiding citizen, as the waiting (Nagisa) Nagase started to panic to see both of them started to quarrel at the stage. Saejima threatened to arrest him without any warrant, and then forced him to plead guilty to a bogus criminal charge, because Danma is a fox wearing sheep furs. Danma becomes angrier when he heard him, and started to call Saejima as the predator with human skins instead.

They continued to look at each other, controlling themselves not to punch at each other in front of so many policemen inside the police station, when suddenly the presenter called Danma forward to receive the award on behalf of Onizuka. Danma walked forward, when suddenly Saejima moved his feet slightly and Danma ended up tripping on his feet and fall onto the row of chairs, shocking everyone. Saejima puts up a wicked smile, and started to ask the "immoral shop owner" whether he is OK or not, adding that the floor is slippery and Danma should exercise more caution. Danma replied that he is OK, and he suddenly stands up and head-butting Saejima in the process. Nagase is shocked to see the commotion, while Danma started to apologize, saying that he didn't see him standing there, plus he can't stand to see his face. Saejima started to wipe the blood from his nose, while saying that hitting a policeman is a criminal offence, when suddenly he started to try and hit Danma with his elbow, and the alert Danma now are able to parry it with his hand.

They looked at each other angrily, while the presenter asked them on what had happened between them. Saejima replied that the presenter should ignore them, because it is their way to greet each other like that when they meet, and asked the "stupid" Danma whether he is right, and they started to fight again. Danma vowed that he will expose the sins of "Saejima the fake policeman", and the presenter tried vainly to separate them, just to be lashed at by Saejima.

Meanwhile, (Azusa) Fuyutsuki and (Makoto) Fuyutsuki appeared from inside an elevator at the hospital where Onizuka is warded, and Fuyutsuki is holding a big package. They arrive at the informational counter and asked for the directions of Onizuka's wardroom, and the nurse tells them that Onizuka is at the room number 4. While they walked to the room, Makoto commented that no one is bringing foods like beef rice when visiting a patient, and speculated that Onizuka's wardroom must be very quiet. Fuyutsuki replied, saying that she insisted on buying beef rice for him, because Onizuka is someone who can't just sit in one place even for a short time.

Suddenly they can hear someone shouting asking for the people on the hallway to give way, and Onizuka and another patient are shown racing using a wheel chair, with Onizuka trailing behind. Someone started to cheer for Onizuka, saying that he should protect the dignity of the 4th room, and if he wins, their gambling money will be increased and Onizuka vowed to show his strength. Then he exclaimed that even that his opponent from the 2nd room is a sport cyclist, he himself is the fastest man in Shonan, and he will show him how he will overtake him. He vowed to overtake him at the last bend, and as they arrived at the last bend, Onizuka started to make a sharp turn but he screwed up the maneuver and ends up falling down the stairs.

As Onizuka tried to recover, the chief nurse appeared and screams at Onizuka for wheel chair racing again. Onizuka screams, saying that the "Devil Nurse" had appeared and everyone involved in the race scrambled to safety. The nurse lashed at him, asking Onizuka whether he knows how many wheel chairs he had destroyed already, and on why Onizuka doesn't want to sleep soundly on the bed, because he needs a lot of rest. Onizuka simply runs away while both of the Fuyutsuki sister can only watched the commotion, as Fuyutsuki is smiling silently, knowing that such things are bound to happen.

In the next scene, Makoto is astonished to see that even Onizuka was shot 4 times, he is still able to go and play everywhere, really unlike the sight of him 3 days ago. She then commented that Onizuka is not human, and he needs to be sliced up to see whether he is an alien or not. Fuyutsuki laughed, saying that she is right because Onizuka is surely weird. As Makoto started to eat her food, Fuyutsuki remembers that after the case is over, Onizuka had never tell the questioning policemen that he was shot, and insisted that he is wounded from being hit with bronze nails. But in the end, 3 days later, the media get wind of the incident and started to go to the school for the latest news and then printed the news about a highly rated teacher from Tokyo University stealing guns and taking people hostage.

Fuyutsuki then remembers the scene that night, where both Onizuka and Teshigawara is talking with each other like an old friend, and Fuyutsuki knows that they will surely become close friends from now on. Plus she feels that Teshigawara doesn't need her at all because all he needs is a friend that will help him to shoulder the burden, opening up his heart and become friends along the stretches of life. Now, Teshigawara's father is shown sitting outside the compound of Okura Shiyo complex, talking at the mobile phone by himself about some sort of a budget talk. Teshigawara can only looks at his father talking to the phone that emits the "Not Found" message. Suddenly, his father sees (Takeru) Teshigawara, and asked him on what he is doing, as Teshigawara can only looks at his father from behind him, escorted by 2 policemen. His father tells Takeru that the deputy minister needs his help to create the next year budget (Okura Shiyo = Finance Ministry??), as one of the policemen asked Teshigawara whether they could go now. Hearing him, Teshigawara replied that they can now, and Takeru assured him that he would look after their father while Teshigawara should determine the next course of his life. Teshigawara then replied that he understands, and he was escorted away by the policemen, hands handcuffed.

Back to the hospital, Makoto found something and started to dig her hand underneath the bed. She pulls her hand out just to see a small vase filled with some strange things that looks like a bunch of worms wiggling inside (webmaster note: I really don't know what is the thing Makoto had actually found). Both of them are stunned to see the vase, and Fuyutsuki suddenly throw the vase inside a trash bin, wondering on what is that thing is anyway, and also why Onizuka keep such a dirty thing. Makoto started to wonder whether the thing resembles the monsters in a certain TV show (webmaster note: The info here is so vague) that eats people and Fuyutsuki interjected, saying that Makoto should not know such things yet. She then proceeds to throw some pornographic magazines along with the strange thing while lashing at Onizuka for keeping such an ugly dirty thing, and called Onizuka as an abnormal bastard.

Suddenly Makoto laughed, and exclaimed that Fuyutsuki had fallen in love with Onizuka, and Fuyutsuki is shocked to hear her. She started to blush as Makoto suggested that Fuyutsuki should become Onizuka's girlfriend, and exclaimed that her face had turned red already. Fuyutsuki tried to protest, but Makoto ignored her, and continued to say that such things are normal, calling Fuyutsuki as immature. She then asked Fuyutsuki whether she wants her to play Cupid for her, and Fuyutsuki becomes angry now and asked her to shut up. Hearing that, Makoto then exclaimed that Onizuka seems to have some certain hidden qualities that make people around him to feel comfortable and relaxed. Fuyutsuki blushed again, and agreed with her.

Seeing her, Makoto accused her of falling in love with Onizuka and Fuyutsuki denied vehemently. As they bicker, suddenly they heard a sound from the windows and they turned to see Onizuka acting like a Spiderman outside the window. He asked Fuyutsuki to open the window, saying that the chief nurse is trying to take his bone marrow away from him. The chief nurse suddenly appears from another window, screaming that she only wants to do a routine check ups, and Onizuka accused her of lying and started to tell how a patient from the 3rd floor tells him how painful it was when his bone marrow is taken away. Makoto and Fuyutsuki are shocked to see the commotion, and Onizuka inched his way away from the angry chief nurse, who tells him to finish the check up, or he will die. Onizuka refused, saying that he is willing to die than being injected with such a big syringe, and the chief nurse become angrier and asked Onizuka not to act like a cockroach and returned to her, and Onizuka refused again.

Fuyutsuki laughed as Onizuka is trying to ward off the chief nurse, as she silently thinks that Onizuka is really her role model. She started to laugh as she sees the funny scenes, while thinking that even Onizuka is a queer ignorant person who doesn't care for anything in the world, his actions will surely makes other people happy. (Urumi) Kanzaki, (Kunio) Murai, (Yoshito) Kikuchi and (Kouji) Fujiyoushi now are looking at Onizuka who slipped from his foothold, as Fuyutsuki wondered to herself on what is his reaction when she become a teacher like him in the future, whether Onizuka will praise her or not. Now Onizuka is shown trying to hold on at the roof of the hospital screaming for help, while Kanzaki and others looked at him from below, and the chief nurse exclaimed that Onizuka should be left out there to die. Hearing her, he started to protest, asking her to find help ASAP, as Fuyutsuki hoped that when that occasion comes, Onizuka will pat her head and exclaimed "Good girl Fuyutsuki"…
