Somewhere else, a representative of a company thanked (Urumi) Kanzaki's mom for her cooperation with his company, adding that it had been hard for his company lately to obtain accurate investment information. Kanzaki's mom thanked him back, saying that she is very privileged indeed to be able to work with his company, and asked Kanzaki, addressing her as "Susan" whether she is right. Kanzaki replied in English, that Kanzaki's mom is right and she is shown to have both of her eyes blue in the panel. The representative commented that he never thinks that Kanzaki's mom will be able to hire a Caucasian as her secretary, adding that she is surely very stylish to have such a secretary, and that he will only be able to see Caucasians when he went to private posh clubs. Kanzaki is smiling as her mom tells the representative that her company deals a lot with Western companies, so a Caucasian secretary is a plus.

In the next scene, inside their car, Kanzaki started to remove the colored contact lens from her left eye (webmaster note: I think all of you knows that Kanzaki's right eye is blue, and the left one is brown) while asking her mom on why she must act like a Caucasian, and her mom replied that it's because her company have just been rebuilt again, so she doesn't have any capital yet to hire assistants. Kanzaki started to remove her socks, as her mom continued, saying that because Japanese companies always have business deals with Western companies, the companies seems to put big faith on her company, largely with the help of Kanzaki. Kanzaki then removed bra pads from underneath her clothes, while saying that her mom should hire a real foreigner later in the future, preferably ones with bigger breasts. Her mom laughed, and tells Kanzaki that she seems to really enjoy herself when she acts like a Caucasian.

Suddenly Kanzaki's mobile phone rings, and (Eikichi) Onizuka is the one who called her. Kanzaki started to tell him that she is working at her mom's company now in the summer holidays, acting like a Caucasian secretary, and Onizuka will surely like her new look. Onizuka apologized, and asked her to use her computer to find where is his mobile phone now, using the location finder service (webmaster note: this service is usually used by parents to track down their children whereabouts, using the Internet and GPS technology). Kanzaki asked him whether he wants her to find his mobile phone (webmaster note: both of them refers to their unique mobile phone with video-conferencing abilities as PHS) and Onizuka urged her to hurry up. Kanzaki started to track the location of his mobile phone with his laptop, and her mom asked her on who had called. Kanzaki replied that Onizuka is the caller, and by now she finds out that Onizuka's phone is now at the Kichiyouji Private School.

Kanzaki tells Onizuka about the location of his mobile phone, asking whether his phone had gone missing. The bloodied Onizuka is shocked to learn that his mobile phone is now at the school, and he started to lash at (Suguru) Teshigawara for being very brave to go there. He then left without hanging up the handset, and Kanzaki's voice can be clearly heard trying to ask Onizuka who had started to walk away from the phone booth about what had happened. Without any response, Kanzaki can only stared at her mobile silently, while her mom tells her to tell Onizuka that she (Kanzaki's mom) will treat him with foods some time in the future, and asked Kanzaki to apologize to Onizuka for her behalf for her rudeness earlier. Kanzaki started to wonder whether something serious had happened, when suddenly her phone rings again, now the call comes from (Kouji) Fujiyoushi. Fujiyoushi asked her whether Onizuka had contacted her, and she is shocked to hear the question. Fujiyoushi started to tell the stunned Kanzaki that Onizuka had been shot by Teshigawara and he had gone missing.

Somewhere in the city, an angry (Toshiyuki) Saejima lashed at an emergency call that comes just right after he managed to nab a criminal that sells abnormal pornographic videos that isn't masked. Then he lashed at the person who went to a shooting spree at Kichiyouji town, and vowed that if he nabbed the culprit, he will beat him to pulp before taking the culprit into custody. He started to ride on his bicycle when suddenly someone sits on the passenger seat behind him, calling for a taxi ride. Saejima turned around just to see Onizuka, and he asked him on why he is touching his butt and also why he heard dripping sounds from him. He then noticed that Onizuka is very badly wounded with a gunfire wound, and he started to realize that Onizuka is the person that was mentioned in the emergency call. Onizuka lashed at him, asking him to be quiet, and takes him to the Kichiyouji Private School. Saejima reminded him that his wound is very serious, and he will die if he didn't receive instant treatment but Onizuka interjected that he doesn't care about death anymore, because he needs to go to the school first to find the "bastard" who only knows watching the world from the books and tells him about what is "reality" is all about.

Back to the school, Teshigawara had taken all his hostages to the PA studio room, and he started to make mock announcements over the empty school. He laughed as he exclaimed that he had always dreams of taking over the PA studio room so he will be able to tell his heart out to the world, and talking about things that he dare not to say for a very long time. Then he screams over the PA system, saying that everyone is stupid and laughed again. Suddenly, (Ryoko) Sakurai asked him whether he had enough, and he should release them before surrendering to the police, or his sins will become bigger and bigger. Hearing her, Teshigawara tells her that he hasn't even get started yet, and he kissed one of his homemade bombs while adding that the exciting game have not started yet. He then explained that when the dawn comes, he would call all the members of the mass media, so that the whole country knows that Kichiyouji Private School have bombs all around the school. Then he will talk to the Prime Minister, and the Prime Minister will use the phrase that US President Bill Clinton always used, "Who Are You" to ask about what Teshigawara wanted. At that time, Teshigawara will tell the Prime Minister to declare the Otori Island as a new sovereign country, named as Suguru Island.

Both Sakurai and (Azusa) Fuyutsuki can only listened to him commenting that he will tell the military to send ammunitions to the island, and then makes the appropriate paperwork to really make Suguru Island a country that was recognized by other countries. Teshigawara then continued, saying that he will then ask the world-famous Ryuichi Sakamoto to write the national anthem for Suguru Island and for Mototaro Koka to design the flag (webmaster note: Don't know anyone of them. You do?). After that, he will use gene duplication technology to clone 1 or more Taro and 2 or 3 Natsume Masako (webmaster note: Don't know who they are either) so they can become his secretaries. He then laughed as he commented that the climax would be the marriage between him and Fuyutsuki. He asked Fuyutsuki about her opinions about his plan, adding that everything will come true in a short time, and all they have to do now is to wait for dawn to arrive.

Fuyutsuki is silent as she listened to him, and Teshigawara asked her whether she is embarrassed with what he had said earlier. Suddenly, Sakurai commented that all he had said earlier are only unattainable dreams. She then continued, saying that she understands that Teshigawara feels that he is just a very insignificant person, and asked Teshigawara whether she is right. Then she commented that she knows that he had been forced by his parents to study so that he can become a government officer, and that he is very embarrassed when compared with his brother who works as a high-ranking official in Okura Shiyo (webmaster note: Just a reminder, Okura Shiyo is the name of one of Japan ministries and I simply don't know which one). She then tells him that she knows that his life is always full with pressure and stress, but she reminded him that she had heard that he once had volunteered himself to become the keepers of the rabbit's den when he is at elementary school, and he managed to do the job well. Teshigawara is silent as she asked him whether he really wants to do what he had said, because he is actually someone who is very kind and tolerant.

Suddenly, Teshigawara screams that Sakurai is very noisy, and pointed the gun right on her forehead. Then he asked her whether and obasan like her really knows anything anyway, because all she knows what to do is to act arrogant and sits at her own leisure inside the director's room. He tells the calm Sakurai that she doesn't know anything and she will never understand him, as Fuyutsuki pleaded for Teshigawara not to harm Sakurai.

Meanwhile, outside the school compound, Kanzaki is confirming the location of Onizuka's mobile phone via her laptop, and she commented that Teshigawara must be inside the building because after Onizuka had been shot, he must had put his phone inside Teshigawara's pocket or else Onizuka will not call her. (Yoshito) Kikuchi commented that it's very shocking that Onizuka can think such a trick and (Makoto) Fuyutsuki added that Teshigawara is an evil person, taking over a school after kidnapping her sister. Kanzaki becomes angry, saying that she will not forgive Teshigawara for shooting Onizuka and she started to walk inside the school compound, as Fujiyoushi reminded her that Teshigawara possessed a gun. Kanzaki countered, saying that Onizuka had gone missing and that he may be courting with his death right now.

She then arrived at the school front door just to see that the entrance to the main building had been blocked by a lot of chairs and desks. Fujiyoushi is puzzled to see the huge heap of furniture and Kanzaki exclaimed that she would not care about the heap because she will surely enter the building. Kanzaki, Fujiyoushi and Kikuchi then entered the building via a window, as Fujiyoushi asked Kanzaki whether she really wants to do it. Hearing that, she replied that they should not worry because when it comes to fighting against terrorist groups, she is much better than the Japanese police force.

Suddenly, her leg tripped on a thin rope, and a powder fire extinguisher suddenly went off by itself, catching the 3 of them by surprise. They started to panic because the powder had entered their eyes, and as they tried to compose themselves, they heard Teshigawara's voice mocking Kanzaki by reminding her that she had said earlier that she is good when it comes to war against terrorist groups, but she still falls for such a normal trap. He then appeared wearing a mask, grabbed Kanzaki's hair and pointed his gun at her face, as he welcomed them to the Suguru Island Embassy at the Kichiyouji Private School. Kanzaki can only look at him angrily, while Makoto who are looking from outside the window Kanzaki used as the entry point can only looked at them helplessly.

In the next scene, Sakurai and Fuyutsuki are shocked to see Kanzaki failed counter-terrorist group being dumped into the PA studio room, as Teshigawara commented that all witnesses had arrived at the scene, so they only have to wait until dawn. Then, they will wait until the declaration of a new sovereign country recognized by all so everyone in the world will know who Teshigawara really is. All his hostages can only listen to him babbling about how sweet the revenge that he had planned, and all people who looks down on him will be shocked. He then called his payback as his metamorphosis cycle, and the feeling is just like playing with the clueless citizens out there. Then he remembered that before he completed his metamorphosis cycle, he will have to marry Fuyutsuki first, and started to wonder on what kind of VIP he should invite. Hearing him, Kanzaki started to lash at him, saying that he is a madman and he really needs to be examined by doctors, and Teshigawara responded by pulling the trigger and kills Kanzaki on the spot…NOT. He tells her to shut up, as he commented that he must calm himself.

He then approached Fuyutsuki and tells her that she should understand his feelings about the injustice of Japanese society, and that his love for her will never waver. Suddenly, she replied that she hates him. She then continued, saying that she really hates cowards like him who pretends to be leading actor in a tragedy movie, and she called him a coward again. Teshigawara is shocked to hear Fuyutsuki called him as a coward, and Fuyutsuki started to ask Teshigawara whether he tried to deny the fact that he is a coward, and reminds him about how he had kidnapped and locked her up. She then asked again whether he think by doing such things will make her feelings to change for him, and reminded Teshigawara that such things will only happen in his dreams. Makoto is now shown listening from outside the PA studio window, as Fuyutsuki tells him that it's not only him who suffered in the world, because everyone in the world are sufferers to some certain extent, and she asked him not to pretend that he is the only victim of the world's cruelness.

Teshigawara is stunned, and so are the listening Makoto while Fuyutsuki continued, saying that she only likes someone who are strong and will not back-off from any trouble that come his way, and also will always hold on to his principals are will not give up easily when confronted with any problems. Teshigawara can only looks at her while she commented that she really likes a person like Onizuka. Hearing her, Teshigawara screams and pointed the gun to her head, asking her to shut up. He screams again, as the other are still stunned after hearing what Fuyutsuki had said earlier, telling her that he had shot Onizuka dead, and he reiterated again that he had used his weapon to kill the wild "beast" with his hand. He then swings the gun and hit Sakurai savagely on the cheek, making her fall on the floor. Fuyutsuki and Kikuchi are shocked to see Sakurai being beaten that hard, and Sakurai tries again to make Teshigawara to repent, saying that he should know by now on what makes him to act that way, and that he should just pour his heart out so everyone will know what he want to say. Teshigawara screams, telling Sakurai to shut up and started to point the gun again at her.

Suddenly, Teshigawara hears the voice of Onizuka laughing inside the PA studio room, and Onizuka asked him on who Teshigawara is talking about when he said that Onizuka is already dead. Everyone in the studio are shocked to hear Onizuka's voice, as Onizuka continued, asking Teshigawara whether he thinks that he can shoot Onizuka the Immortal just like that. Fujiyoushi started to become happy when he hears Onizuka's voice, and Teshigawara screams asking Onizuka to show his face. Onizuka replied that he is standing right next to him, and Teshigawara looks around him just to realize that he is being fooled, and he started to curse.

Onizuka can be heard laughing, as Teshigawara screams for Onizuka to come out again, adding that he will surely shoot him dead at the time. Meanwhile, Fujiyoushi screams, asking on why Onizuka still didn't appear to save them, and Onizuka replied that heroes must laugh as loud as they can 3 times before saving people in trouble, and he will do just that. He then asked Teshigawara to guess about his whereabouts now, and the answer will come in 3 choices; 1. On the ceiling (Teshigawara is shown pointing his gun to the ceiling) 2. Inside the drawer (Teshigawara is now shown checking drawers after this option being mentioned) and 3. Inside his pocket. Only then, Teshigawara noticed that Onizuka's voice comes out from the mobile phone inside his police uniform, and as Onizuka asked Teshigawara to guess the answer, Teshigawara is getting ready to blow the phone up while cursing at Onizuka for tricking him.

Suddenly, the wall behind him ruptured, and a hand zooms out from the crack and grabbed Teshigawara on the neck from behind, shocking all hostages and also Makoto. Visible from the crack, Onizuka's outlines can be seen, and he apologized for making them to wait for so long. Then he tells Teshigawara that they should start counting the sins he had committed, shocking Teshigawara. Onizuka then pulled him into the crack, and the angry Onizuka now faced Teshigawara as he tells him that he will teach him about experiences in the society….
