In a restaurant, (Kouji) Fujiyoushi asked (Yoshito) Kikuchi whether he can ask him an important question, and Kikuchi asked him back, on why he looks so anxious. Fujiyoushi then reminded him that Kikuchi had vowed some time back, that all students in the Year 2 (no typo here) 4th class students are friends no matter what had happened to anyone of them. Hearing him, Kikuchi replied that Fujiyoushi is right, and asked Fujiyoushi on why he must reminded him again about that thing, especially after what had happened to (Miyabi) Aizawa, but Fujiyoushi cuts him out, asking Kikuchi again whether he will keep his vow no matter what had happened to anyone from the class, and the puzzled Kikuchi instead asked him again on why Fujiyoushi must ask him the peculiar question. Again, Fujiyoushi interjected, asking Kikuchi to answer his question first, and started to rephrase his question again, and the suspicious Kikuchi started to ask whether his question have any relationship to what had happened to Aizawa.

Suddenly, a loud scratching sound can be heard from outside the restaurant, shocking both of them. Kikuchi is puzzled to see (Suguru) Teshigawara, who are wearing police uniform, holding a signboard, and asked Fujiyoushi whether he sees what he is seeing, and Fujiyoushi is shocked to see Teshigawara. Teshigawara is shown standing near a Mitsubishi 4WD, and as both Fujiyoushi and Kikuchi wondered on why Teshigawara is wearing such clothes, Teshigawara suddenly swings the signboard….

In the next scene, (Eikichi) Onizuka is screaming asking the abnormal Teshigawara to come out, and he kicked a trash bin while cursing on where Teshigawara had ran to. (Makoto) Fuyutsuki who accompanied him suddenly sees the fainted policeman, and she started to tend on the policeman while Onizuka examined the clothes Teshigawara had left behind, and exclaimed that the white tuxedo was really Teshigawara's. Suddenly the policeman groaned, mumbling about his uniform that had been taken away, and Makoto is shocked to hear him. In the meantime, Onizuka's mobile phone started to ring, and Fujiyoushi is at the end of the line. Onizuka screams, saying that he doesn't have any time to talk with him, but Fujiyoushi replied that he also in the same situation like him, and asked Onizuka to come ASAP to Tetsu Supermarket's building near Kichiyouji, because Teshigawara who are wearing police uniform is…

Suddenly Makoto screams at Onizuka, saying that Teshigawara had taken the uniform and a gun from the fainted policeman, while Fujiyoushi screams at the phone, asking him to come to the place he had told him earlier, because Teshigawara had run riots and destroyed a number of cars. Hearing both Makoto and Fujiyoushi, Onizuka seethes with anger, and suddenly punched the wooden wall near him, breaking it as he screams, asking on when will Teshigawara will stop acting like a madman.

Back to the riot scene, Teshigawara smashed the signboard on a car's windscreen, screaming that it's illegal to park cars at the place the car is parked on. He screams again, asking the people around whether they don't see the "No Parking" sign, and exclaimed that Japan started to move backward because of people that don't want to abide to the law. He continued to smash on the car, as the owner is panicking to see his Porsche being smashed, and Teshigawara exclaimed that Japanese people really likes to do things recklessly without caring for others. Kikuchi tried to stop him, but Teshigawara swings his police baton towards him, asking him to shut up, because Kikuchi is merely a stupid Japanese citizen who isn't qualified to stop him. Teshigawara then murmured, saying that the Japan's whole society structure is now in chaos, and a revolution is needed to fix it. Suddenly, he exclaimed, asking his father's opinions on whether Teshigawara should replace the incompetent Japanese politicians, as (Azusa) Fuyutsuki is shown running searching for him while holding the diary.

Teshigawara stared at a car that he had vandalized and poured gasoline on it, as he vowed that he would turn the fortune of the whole country, and change the attitude of the Japan's society. He produced a lighter, and started to light the gasoline he had poured as the car's owner asked him on why Teshigawara is wrecking his car. A huge flame erupted, and immediately engulfed the car, as Teshigawara laughed at seeing the destruction he had caused, while the spectators wondered on why the "policeman" acts erratically. Kikuchi is shocked to see what had happened, and wondered on what had caused Teshigawara to act that way.

Nearby, a couple walked together, and the male partner asked his partner to sleep at his house because there are no people around, and the girl agreed. Suddenly, the girl is shocked to see her boyfriend being hit by Teshigawara from behind, while screaming at both of them on why they must have an unholy relationship between them. Next, a man is shown trying to offer 300000 yen to a female student wearing a sailor uniform so he can sleep with her, and the girl shoo him away. The man started to plead with her, when suddenly Teshigawara hits the man, while screaming that he is breaking the law that banned illegal sex transactions, and the female students is shocked to see the commotion too. After that, Teshigawara can be heard messing with 2 other people who are driving noisily and putting advertisement illegally in a payphone booth, and he screams that the Japanese's society moral standards had fallen very low that it used to be.

Teshigawara is smashing a payphone booth, screaming that he will destroy everything, while 2 other policemen are shocked to see him doing that. They tried to stop him, but he swings his baton again to keep them at bay, screaming for them to shut up. Then he exclaimed that because the policemen are worthless, he had to act to protect the security of Japan's society. He continued, saying that the rules and laws can't be enforced by those who have low qualifications, just like the 2 policemen, and that the society needs a revolution. The policemen apparently had overpowered him, because he screams for them to let him go so he can show which kind of people the world really needs. Fuyutsuki is shown approaching them, and then he called Teshigawara, which is now shown being restrained by the policemen.

Teshigawara started to smile as he saw the imaginary butterfly wings on her back again, and called back at her. Suddenly, she asked him to stop acting like what he is doing now, because his methods are wrong. She continued, saying that she understands that his life is full with pressure, but he can't mix both "things" just like that. Kikuchi is shocked to see Fuyutsuki talking to Teshigawara, as she explained that everyone will varying degrees of stress to endure, but the society or the parents or others should not be blamed for it, but the person him/herself. Teshigawara is silent as she continued, saying they are now adults, where they should take care of their own problems by themselves, so Teshigawara should just surrender to the authorities, so he can repents for everything he had done.

(webmaster note: This scene is one of a few that turn me to really hate Azusa Fuyutsuki. She seems like to talk without thinking at all. IMHO, you can't just blame a person for every problem he or she have, because sometimes (or a lot of times), some uncontrollable factor(s) will contribute to whatever makes people miserable out there.)

Teshigawara started to ask her whether she is asking him to surrender, and lashed at her, asking her back on why he must surrender to the police, because he never commit any crime. He started to accuse Fuyutsuki of being brainwashed by Onizuka, and Teshigawara started to curse Onizuka, saying that Onizuka is a devil that comes from the other side to purportedly wreck their relationship. Suddenly, Teshigawara hold her hands, and asked her to marry him and lives at a faraway island, and they can build a utopia country there. Fuyutsuki is shocked to hear him as Teshigawara continued, saying that they can brush aside the chaotic society and makes their own idealistic utopia world.

Suddenly, both of them heard Onizuka screaming Teshigawara's name, and Fuyutsuki is shocked to see both Onizuka and Makoto disembarking from the bicycle they ride on. Onizuka started to approach both of them, asking Teshigawara to act more sensibly, or else he will beat him up. Makoto screams, reminding him to be extra cautious because Teshigawara possessed a gun with him, but suddenly Teshigawara produced the gun out and shoots Onizuka, stunning Fuyutsuki and the 2 policemen in the process. Fuyutsuki and Makoto are speechless, and as the angry Onizuka tried to grab his collar, Teshigawara screams and planted 3 more bullets in Onizuka's stomach, in the full view of the spectators. Teshigawara then grabs Fuyutsuki's arm and runs away with her, while both Makoto and Fujiyoushi started to tend of the badly wounded Onizuka.

As Teshigawara runs, he started to giggle, thinking that he had already eliminated Onizuka, and now no one will be able to stop him anymore. Fuyutsuki screams for him to let her go, but he ignored her, vowing to himself that he will show to his father and brother that he will be able to follow their footsteps, because in a short time, he will become a…

In the next scene, at the school, Fuyutsuki is shown being handcuffed while Teshigawara is searching for something inside a locker. Fuyutsuki tried to ask on what is Teshigawara motive after all, and why he is bringing her to the school, and he interjected, asking back at her whether she can't see him finalizing his preparation for the metamorphosis cycle. Fuyutsuki then sees 2 homemade bombs, and started to become scared, and asked Teshigawara to stop whatever he planned to do. Meanwhile, at the director's office, (Ryoko) Sakurai received a call that tells her about Teshigawara shooting at the middle of Kichiyouji's town, and she promised to help investigate about his hiding place, and also how to deal with the media later. Suddenly, the door to her office room opened, and Sakurai turned around just to see Fuyutsuki at the doorway. Sakurai asked on why she is still at the school when suddenly Teshigawara interjected from behind her, asking whether Sakurai is now trying to find a way to deal with the media now. He then laughed, saying that his job will become much easier, and his ideas will be splashed across the newspapers around the country by tomorrow. Sakurai is shocked to see him with bombs dangling on his necks, as he walked in, gun pointed at Sakurai, and he exclaimed that Sakurai should help him to complete his metamorphosis cycle, so he can really show his true self.

He then asked Sakurai to tie herself with the rope he provided, adding that Sakurai is usually the aloof one, but now he is the one who will take control of everything. Teshigawara laughed, as Fuyutsuki is wondering on what had happened to Onizuka now, and that it's very embarrassing to be tied up like an actress in SM pornographic videos. As Teshigawara started to take up a rope to tie them together, he doesn't realize that Onizuka's mobile phone is inside his police uniform.

Back to the shooting scene, the ambulance arrived, as Fujiyoushi have a hard time explaining what have happened to a police officer (his sentence is "The shooter and the victim are both teachers from my school. I don't really know what had happened either"). The police exclaimed that he will have to take his statement again as the stressed Fujiyoushi replied that he had answered the policeman's question many times. Meanwhile, the ambulance attendant asked Makoto on the whereabouts of Onizuka, and she turned around to point Onizuka's location just to see an old man had taken up his place instead. Makoto is stunned to see the man, while Onizuka is shown walking alone while trying to suppress the wounds on his abdomen…
