A girl wearing sailor-uniform is standing in a train, while a man reading newspaper tried to touch her ass. Just before he managed to do so, his hand is stopped and the girl turned to look at him. She smiles at the sheepish man, and as the train's door is opened, she makes a judo move and throws the man out. The other passengers are shocked to see the man being thrown across the station platform as the girl warned him not to touch someone's ass without permission. The girl then bowed to the spectators as if to apologize, and then murmured to herself while wiping her forehead with her arms, saying that she should be more careful when she is in Tokyo.

In the next scene, (Eikichi) Onizuka is ringing (Azusa) Fuyutsuki apartment's door, while screaming asking whether she is at home or not. A lot of newspapers subscriptions are shown in front of her apartment door, and Onizuka kicked at the door, while wondering on where Fuyutsuki could have gone to because the summer holiday had just started. Onizuka continued, saying that she is missing for a week now, and she doesn't even attend her convocation at her university.

He started to remember, when he, (Kouji) Sannohmaru and (Naoko) Moritaka received a mysterious fax from her asking for an emergency leave, as he wondered himself on her whereabouts. He then moves away from the door, murmuring to himself that he had bought with him 2 tickets to a mud wrestling event and he thinks on inviting her to go with him to see the match. He then vowed that if Fuyutsuki instead follows someone else in a holiday, he would not forgive her. His footsteps is fading away, when suddenly a voice can be heard from behind the door, saying that the bastard Onizuka had easily given up after only pressing the doorbell 22 times.

The newspaper subscriptions inserted on the door's slot suddenly falls down, and (Suguru) Teshigawara is shown looking at the hallway to see whether Onizuka is still there or not. Seeing that Onizuka isn't there anymore, he opened the door, saying that the doorknob had been infested by bacteria from Onizuka's hands and he started to wipe the doorknob with a piece of cloth while cursing that he have to use antiseptic. He then wondered on why the doorknob smells like a takoyaki snacks, when suddenly he sees a strand of pubic hair on the doorknob. He is shocked to see the hair, and he cursed Onizuka again for scratching his dick first before touching the doorknob and he vowed to change the doorknob later.

In the next scene, Teshigawara is back inside as he started to remove all his clothes. He lashed at Onizuka again for leaving pubic hairs on the doorknob of a virgin lady's apartment, just like a sex maniac, and if Onizuka continued on as a teacher, Japan's education system will surely collapse. Then he is taking a bath in Fuyutsuki's bathtub, as he commented that doing just that is just like being drenched with a woman's precum. He started to comment that doing everything that Fuyutsuki used to do; like using her bathing gel, wearing her bath top and brushing her teeth with her toothbrush, is really fun, just like being released from the tensions of the world. As he is enjoying himself in the bathtub, he vowed that he would never let Onizuka spoils his happiness…

Meanwhile, Onizuka is descending the stairs of the building where Fuyutsuki is living, as he conversed with Moritaka over his mobile phone. He tells her that he has been visiting Fuyutsuki's house everyday for the past week, but he founds no one there. He then suggested that he should break into her house by putting plastic tapes on the glass windows, so he can breaks it without a sound. Moritaka accused him of being used to do just that, and Onizuka sheepishly denied, saying that he is a good teacher and not a burglar.

Suddenly, Onizuka sees the girl with sailor uniform from the train earlier ascending the stairs, and they started to look at each other. He then exclaimed over the phone to Moritaka, saying that he had seen a girl that looks so familiar, and upon hearing that, Moritaka started to become very angry as she lashed at Onizuka for still staring at other girls when their colleague is missing. Onizuka ignored her as he commented that he is trying to remember where he had met the girl in the sailor uniform earlier, and he decided that he might remember if he managed to see the color of her panties as Moritaka tried in vain to ask Onizuka to be more serious in their conversation.

The girl suddenly stopped mid-way on the stairs and turned around to see Onizuka on the floor below her trying to peep into her skirts. She asked the shocked Onizuka on what he is doing, and he started to make a blind-man-searching-for-something posse, while commenting the his contact lens had fallen from his eyes, and now he is frantically searching for it because without them, he can't see the world clearly. Instead, the girl squat in front of him and asked whether he is Onizuka-sensei, shocking him. He started to ask on whom she is, as the girl praised herself to be correct. She then explained that he have a V-shape fringe with a face that looks like a criminal, just like the description her older sister always told her. Onizuka started to become puzzled and started to ask about her sister. Suddenly, the girl bowed, and introduced herself as Makoto Fuyutsuki, the younger sister of Azusa Fuyutsuki as Onizuka is still trying to process the information he had got….

Back inside Fuyutsuki's house, Teshigawara is trying to wear Fuyutsuki's panties and bra, and he commented that all of them are small, just like a kid's pants. He started to laugh as he commented that all her clothes are clean, and that Fuyutsuki is destined to live with him forever. Suddenly he started to hear Onizuka's voices again approaching Fuyutsuki's apartment talking with Makoto, and he started to wonder why Onizuka is coming back, just like a pest when suddenly he realized that Onizuka is not alone. He started to peep from the door's pinhole to see Onizuka telling Makoto that he had knocked for a long time but doesn't get an answer, and that he is very lucky to meet with her. Teshigawara then sees Makoto from the pinhole, as she exclaimed that she is the one who are lucky because she is able to meet with her sister's colleague very fast, because she have a lot of questions to ask to Onizuka. Teshigawara is shocked to see Makoto as Onizuka replied that he will answers all question pertaining to Fuyutsuki, and that he knows everything about her, especially her favorite color for panties.

Teshigawara started to panic to realize that Fuyutsuki's younger sister may have come to town, because he never judged that Fuyutsuki's family members will come to visit her. He knows that Makoto may have the key to Fuyutsuki's apartment, and he decided to change as fast as possible. Suddenly he hears Makoto's voice at the door saying that she will open the door, and he knows that he will not be able to change his cloths now, and started to panic when he sees the door being opened. Makoto and Onizuka entered the house, as Onizuka commented that her apartment really smells like a woman's room.

As they walked inside the apartment, Onizuka commented that he never knows that Fuyutsuki have a younger sister that was studying at high school, and she replied that she is in Year 3 now. He then wondered on where Fuyutsuki could have gone to, and asked Makoto whether Fuyutsuki had contacted her family or not. He tells Makoto that the school had only received a fax from her, and he started to wonder again whether Fuyutsuki had eloped with a new boyfriend somewhere. Hearing that, Makoto replied that such things are impossible, and explained that Fuyutsuki is a late bloomer, so it's more likely that she is being involved in a criminal case.

Teshigawara is now shown hiding under the bed wearing Fuyutsuki's underwear, as Onizuka wondered whether Makoto is right, because the area Fuyutsuki is living are known for their security and low-crime rate. Makoto replied that criminal cases can easily happened in a so-called safe areas too, and Onizuka started to twist his tongue again. Hearing him mispronouncing her words, she corrected him and reminded him to use the correct words in the future.

Meanwhile, Teshigawara who are hiding under Fuyutsuki's bed started to panic, thinking to himself on why he never calculated that Fuyutsuki's family members may have come to visit her. Then he wondered on what he should do now, and he considered of suddenly appearing in front of them while exclaiming that he is hiding after thinking that a burglar may have slipped into the house, and introduced himself as Fuyutsuki's colleague. But he dismissed the notion, saying that he will not be able to explain the Fuyutsuki's underwear he is wearing now, and he start to think of excuses to use when he is asked about the underwear he had on his body. Onizuka is sitting on Fuyutsuki's bed as Teshigawara started to think of stupid excuses for the Fuyutsuki's underwear, and decided that he can't appear in front of hem, because Onizuka and Makoto will surely suspects him.

Teshigawara lashed at himself silently, telling himself that the left side of his brain should tried to think of some more logical excuses or the years he spent at Tokyo University will be wasted just like that. He then started to drill himself, asking for him to find a solution for his problem now. Suddenly Onizuka stepped on Teshigawara's fingers as he exclaimed that he originally thought that he might be able to find clues about Fuyutsuki's whereabouts when he entered her room. Onizuka then continued that Fuyutsuki might have intended of resigning from her position as a teacher, because she had told him earlier about the problems in her homeroom class. Makoto looks at him silently, when suddenly she exclaimed that clues might still be present at the crime's scene.

She then asked Onizuka to help her looking for clues, adding that it's the main reason for her to wear sailor-uniforms when she comes to Fuyutsuki's place. Meanwhile, Onizuka is still puzzled with the word "crime's scene" Makoto used earlier, and wondered whether she is talking about something like constructions' site, and Makoto had to correct him again. Onizuka then asked about its relationship with the reason why Makoto is wearing sailor-uniforms, and Makoto replied that both of the things she had said have close relationships. Onizuka started to be stressed because he doesn't understand a word of Makoto's explanations, and she explained further that everyone would be nicer to her when she wears sailor-uniforms, especially the old men. She started to tell him about an old man who asked her whether 6000 yen is enough to bed her, and he ends up being thrown away by her as Onizuka become more puzzled (Webmaster note: Makoto used another difficult word here). Makoto then tells him, that in other words, if she wears the sailor uniforms, it will be easy for her to find evidences.

Onizuka is still puzzled, and Makoto explained yet again that evidences are important in criminal cases. She started to shift through Fuyutsuki's dustbin, and shows to Onizuka a copy of the fax that was sent to her family (it reads: "Mom and Dad, I want to go on vacation. Please don't try to find me." Signed - "Fuyutsuki"). Onizuka commented that the school also received a fax that has roughly the same content like the one she is holding now. Makoto then asked Onizuka whether he smells something fishy behind the fax, and he replied that he doesn't, and started to wonder she thinks whether a noun in the fax should be changed into a verb. Makoto then replied that the contents are right, and Onizuka started to inquire her further.

Makoto then explained that in order to send the fax, Fuyutsuki will need a fax machine, but the fact is that Fuyutsuki doesn't have one and she shows Fuyutsuki's normal phone to Onizuka. Onizuka then commented that Fuyutsuki can always went to fax centers, but Makoto started to indicate that he is wrong, and Onizuka started to be nervous. She then shows the fax again, saying that if she sent the fax from fax shops, the record about the shop she had gone to must be printed on the fax too. She then shows that the copy of the fax has none, so the sender must have intended to disguise the number where the fax was sent. The listening Teshigawara listened silently to her as Makoto continued saying that Fuyutsuki are clumsy when it comes to anything mechanical, as opposed to herself (Makoto), so Fuyutsuki will never throws away any records of the fax she had sent if she sent it via fax centers. She then added that someone must have tried to disguise the records, and Onizuka started to get the hang of what she is trying to say.

Makoto then asked Onizuka whether he thinks that the room is too clean, and Onizuka is puzzled again, saying that it wasn't really something to be astonished at because Fuyutsuki likes clean environments. Makoto then replied that he is very wrong (yet again), and Onizuka started to think that Fuyutsuki is probably just as dirty as he is. Makoto explained that although Fuyutsuki likes clean environments, the fact is that she has been missing from the apartment for a week, so at the very least, there must be some dust build-ups on the cupboard.

She then run her finger on the cupboard to find some dust build-ups, but she found none, and she explained to a silent (and stumped) Onizuka that the dust's absence means that Fuyutsuki may have returned to her apartment regularly, but such thing are impossible because of the tons of uncollected newspapers outside the door. Makoto then added that the question is who makes the apartment clean, and she will go all out to find the answer to that question, as the listening Teshigawara started to sweat. She started to produce all of her sleuthing equipments, as she exclaimed that she is all fired up and she, the 17-year old Makoto Fuyutsuki will capture the elusive criminal, so her reputation as the president of the detective club at Nagaokahachi High School will not be tarnished. The panicking Teshigawara started to wonder on who is Fuyutsuki's younger sister really is….
